Our Wines

At Estate Gonidakis, we take pride in cultivating rare and local grape varieties on the island of Kythnos, creating wines that reflect the unique terroir of our land. Our vineyards, located in the area of Loutra – Dryopida, grow on waterless soil at an altitude of 170 meters and just 1.5 kilometers from the Aegean Sea, a setting that gives each wine its own character and story. PSAROSYRIKO

A distinct wine derived by a very special grape variety “Psarossyriko” or “Psarotheriko”, a unique local red variety, family vineyards. Its intensification gives flavor and notes of cherry and sour cherry with a unique ruby color that best accompanies your dinner.

DRYOPAS

The famous variety “Assyrtiko” gives a wine with white-yellow color and light green flashes. A special combination of viniculture and wine production highlights the strong aroma of white flowers, the intense flavor of green pear, and the long aftertaste of fresh mint and verbena.
